Warranty Policy:

At Random Product are designed and manufactured with the highest standard of workmanship and materials available, and are warranted against manufacturing defects related to such workmanship and materials for 90 days from date of purchase (proof of purchase is required).

The limited warranty covers defects encountered in normal use of the product and does not apply if the product is damaged due to improper use, negligence, or if the product is altered or modified by the purchaser in any way. Further, At Random or there Partners ha no responsibility and is not liable to the purchaser or any other person for any incidental or consequential damages caused or alleged to be caused by the product.

For purchases direct from At Random we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, any item in new, unused condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Shipping is not refunded.

We require a copy of the invoice when making a return. (For At Random products purchased from a retailer, please contact your retailer first to attempt the return. If the retailer is unable to assist you, please contact our offices to discuss your situation.)

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and we require that the product be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
